Beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony in the Lime Grove at Coworth Park. Festoon lighting, paper lanterns and trees wrapped in fairy lights created an enchanting setting.

Soft creams, whites and pearls were incorporated into the top table design for this wedding breakfast in the Park Suite at The Dorchester. Planned 2 Perfection curated the set up from the bride & groom's brief alongside providing entertainment, production and also the celebrant for the special day.

For this wonderful couple we created the most romantic first dance setting with bespoke dancefloor, atmospherical lighting and even a choreographed petal drop which was truly magical to see.

This wedding couple wanted to create a cosy and intimate setting for their wedding breakfast taking place at The Hurlingham Club. We created this by draping the entire Quadrangle Room in floaty white fabrics and through the use of sophisticated lighting created texture, colour and design throughout the space.

An all white classic, for this wedding at The Hurlingham Club we completely draped out their event space to soften the room and to compliment the colour palette for the table set ups. Entertainment, romantic lighting and floaty florals were also added to complete the visual for guests.

A boutique outdoor wedding at Coworth Park. For this wedding, the client wanted a small number of handpicked guests close to the couple to ensure that each member felt special and looked after on their magical day. Planned 2 Perfection took on a full planning, management, and organisation role - ensuring Friday night's rehearsal dinner and the ceremony on the Saturday ran smoothly and in keeping with the clients vision and brief.

A beautiful art deco themed engagement party on board The Silver Sturgeon River Boat. This beautiful couple asked us to provide decor and entertainment to suit their theme and our first step was to fill the boat with balloons and flowers, completely encapsulating guests with the perfect colour palette. Bespoke Charleston lessons were provided for guests to encourage to get their dancing shoes on for the dance band later on in the evening. Dance performances and entertainment for background music were stationed throughout.

A stunning cake deserves centre stage! This beautiful all white wedding at the Dorchester saw us providing a clean and classic decor and production package, complete with bespoke backdrop, dance floor, stage and lighting.

Perfectly pink hues set the back drop for this wedding, complimented by creams and muted gold touches throughout. Beautiful table settings included alternating florals for the centre, bespoke place settings, carefully chosen charger plates and Planned 2 Perfection also provided full design for the rest of the room and planning package.

One of our all time favourite weddings, this special event surpassed all of ours (and the clients) wildest dreams, all coming together in perfect harmony on the day. A simple yet extravagant colour palette ran throughout with a white aisle framed with an abundance of florals and large storm lanterns, leading up to a glorious draped floral display as a backdrop to the celebrant and happy couple. A perfectly pink frame and setting for this wonderful sweetheart top table at The Dorchester. Following the colour scheme from the florals throughout the day, large urns of pink and cream flowers are placed on intricate plinths, sat to the side of our stage and draped backdrop for the happy couple. Planned 2 Perfection loved planning, designing and organising the decor for this fabulous wedding.

Evening wedding reception at The Rosewood in which we provided a bespoke production and decor package, creating booths of chill out furniture for a more relaxed feel for guests to enjoy the evening entertainment.

Bespoke low chill out furniture, florals and production for an evening wedding reception at The Rosewood. Guests were encouraged to sit back and relax to enjoy the evenings entertainment, dancing around the tables (on on them!) rather than your traditional dance floor.

Bespoke dancefloor backdrop for a wedding reception at The Rosewood. In the colour scheme of the evening reception, large initials were cut for the large backdrop, highlighting the newly wed couple and providing the perfect setting for the live band later on.

Beautiful pink, white and gold wedding at The Dorchester in which Planned 2 Perfection provided a full planning package. Classy ice chairs surrounded tables adorned with extravagant table centres draped in pearls alongside statement gold charger plates and classic candelabras.

A favourite transformation of ours for this beautiful wedding ceremony at The Dorchester. Planned 2 Perfection completely draped out the ballroom to create a soft and romantic all white space, complete with white aisle the length of the room and topped of with the icing on the cake, a bespoke Chuppah. Draping was removed for the evening reception to give guests the feel of a complete change of space, turning the room around in record time!
