Beautiful outdoor wedding ceremony in the Lime Grove at Coworth Park. Festoon lighting, paper lanterns and trees wrapped in fairy lights created an enchanting setting.

Beverly Knight performed a fantastic set for The Mandarin Oriental's relaunch party where P2P were delighted to provide full event design, production and management for this prestigious event.

Planned 2 Perfection were honoured to provide this stage set up alongside the production for a bank branch opening ceremony at Drapers Hall. The set up consisted of a large LED screen alongside a bespoke made key opening ceremony set with embedded screen.

A fabulous circus themed event at The Berkeley, complete with dashing victorian strongmen, outlandish theming and colourful decor.

Taking over the vast space at Grosvenor House, Planned 2 Perfection welcomed back a repeat client for their annual networking event for 2000 guests. We provided a full event management package including bespoke furniture build, production, decor, theming, florals and delegate registration.

We were asked to provide a pretty in pink themed birthday party for a special birthday girl at The Berkeley. Providing furniture, production, entertainment and decor, Planned 2 Perfection ensured that no corner was left un-coloured to fit the brief!

Soft creams, whites and pearls were incorporated into the top table design for this wedding breakfast in the Park Suite at The Dorchester. Planned 2 Perfection curated the set up from the bride & groom's brief alongside providing entertainment, production and also the celebrant for the special day.

A royal entrance; our fanfare trumpeters' welcomed guests up the red carpet into the Loggia to begin their journey into the relaunch event for The Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park. Planned 2 Perfection were honoured to provide full management, entertainment, decor and theming for the event.

For this special birthday party we managed to surprise all 200 guests with a spectacular performance from the legends,Take That. Planned 2 Perfection provided full event management including venue finding, event styling, artist liaison and technical production.

For this corporate gala dinner, we were lucky enough to work with the iconic, Bolshoi Ballet who performed a visually stunning cabaret set after dinner. Working with the space at The Grand Connaught Rooms, we performance was enhanced with 3D effects created video mapping the stage set.

Planned 2 Perfection provided full decor and entertainment for our clients daughters' 2nd birthday at their private home The centre piece was this bespoke carousel themed dessert table fit for a princess.

Journalist and TV presenter, Naga Munchetty, hosted at our clients landmark birthday party at Grosvenor House, London, where Planned 2 Perfection provided full event planning, management and production.

For this wonderful couple we created the most romantic first dance setting with bespoke dancefloor, atmospherical lighting and even a choreographed petal drop which was truly magical to see.

This brief for this black tie event was elegant and contemporary. Recarpeting the space in black, bringing speciality linens, hired chairs, glassware & flatware and high end floral design this functional space was transformed at The Lowry, Manchester.

Working with Alexandra Burke was an absolute delight. She kicked off the evenings performances with a bang and get everyone on the dance floor. We often work with named / high profile artists managing all aspects of their riders.

Our client and his wife and loved his music for many years and was their dream to one day be able to see him perform live. For this milestone birthday, Sir Tom Jones and his full band performed the finale set to a full dancefloor. It was brilliant! Planned 2 Perfection provided a full event management including event styling, technical production and artist management.

Working with one of our brilliant artists, we commissioned a series of Alice in Wonderland themed origami table decor for the guests attending this corporate dinner. The detail and intricacy of these paper creations was a huge talking point through the evening.

This corporate client really knew how to through a party! Celebrating the company's best year, the CEO wanted us to produce an exceptional event for him and his team. Working in the Lancaster Ballroom at The Savoy and elegant seated dinner was punctuated with cabaret through the evening including musicians BOND, comedian Frankie Boyle and a party set from The Saturdays.

Our client wanted a small luncheon to celebrate her daughter's 1st birthday party at their home. The colour scheme was to be pinks & whites with a hot air balloon theme, but touches of Minnie Mouse as she was her daughter's favourite too! The hot air balloon photo opportunity and the impressive princess castle cake where the real show stoppers.

This wedding couple wanted to create a cosy and intimate setting for their wedding breakfast taking place at The Hurlingham Club. We created this by draping the entire Quadrangle Room in floaty white fabrics and through the use of sophisticated lighting created texture, colour and design throughout the space.

Storm Troopers roaming the halls at a very special 50th corporate anniversary at The London Film Museum. Themed entertainment, alongside bespoke production and gobos and full event management on the day were included for this event.

Planned 2 Perfection were asked to design a Willy Wonka themed event at The Berkeley. Wacky and wonderful decor was provided throughout to add a little bit of fun to the classic corporate networking party.

The perfect backdrop for an event, a full takeover The Natural History Museum meant that we would really make this corporate summer party pop. Every detail, from design to florals, catering to production and entertainment to event management was provided with our upmost expertise to pull off a fabulous evening.

Utilising the colours of our clients logo, floral decor and bespoke furniture were used to create decadent seating areas throughout this large scale networking event. Water features created for the event sat proudly in the middle of event, dotted throughout the event in which Planned 2 Perfection provided a full planning, production and management package.

Planned 2 Perfection were briefed to organise an after party with a nightclub feel at The Lowry - a traditional theatre in Manchester and what an event this turned out to be! Always one to bring the party, the old theatre was completely transformed with state of the art lighting and production, VIP style chill out areas and bespoke dance floor. One to remember!

An all white classic, for this wedding at The Hurlingham Club we completely draped out their event space to soften the room and to compliment the colour palette for the table set ups. Entertainment, romantic lighting and floaty florals were also added to complete the visual for guests.

Adding a little something sweet to your standard corporate networking party, we provided full decor and theming for this Willy Wonka themed event. Large mushrooms and bespoke flooring complimented the themed dessert table complete with chocolate fountain. Around the room, candy themed props adorned the space and themed logo step and repeat backdrops tied the decor together.

Our client requested a very special royal welcome for their guests at this Black Tie Event at The Dorchester and what better way than the Lord and Lady of the 'manor'! Ready to meet and greet upon entry into the Crush Hall, these characters really brought an air of grandeur to this event.

Encapsulating the Willy Wonka themed, weird and wacky props were used to decorate this space at The Berkeley for a corporate networking party. Florals in red and white were surround by candy canes and hosted in red bulb vases, complimented by hypnotic backdrops. Alongside this, mushrooms and bonkers trees were placed around the room to fully immerse guests.

One of our lovely repeat private clients entrusted us with his daughters wedding day at One Whitehall Wedding, with the main brief to turn the party room into something a little more exciting for the evening. Planned 2 Perfection provided a full production package, stage, bar and chill out furniture to encompass the perfect after wedding party feel!

We were asked to turn the event space at One Whitehall place into something exciting for a wedding party, whilst still keeping its original charm. To provide a full production for guests, Planned 2 Perfection provided a bespoke floor based rig, finished to match the marble pillars throughout the room. Combine this with state of the art stage, bar and chill out furniture and the guests were ready to boogie the night away!

We were approached by a very special client's children to organise a gold and purple themed party for her 40th birthday party at The Mandarin Oriental. We created a bespoke DJ booth, dancefloor and backdrop in keeping with the theme and complimented this with state of the art production to really turn up the party later in the evening. During dinner, extravagant florals in keeping with the colour were paired with grand candelabras decorating the tables adorned with gold and purple decor.

Every year, Planned 2 Perfection have the honour of organising a special young man's birthday party, aiming to make each year bigger and better than the last. For the big number two, we completely transformed The Gold Room into a car lovers dream, providing a Legoland style driving course complete with roads, traffic lights, roundabout and of course mini cars! Bespoke backdrops and props were created to make this a one of a kind birthday party that every young boy dreams of.

A very fun theme indeed, Planned 2 Perfection thoroughly enjoyed designing the decor and theming the entertainment for this corporate prohibition dinner dance at The Berkeley.

Who says vases are for flowers?! To make this very special children's birthday party that bit more fun and suitable for its age group, we great bouquets of 'ice creams' curated from coloured paper decorations, ice cream cones and marshmallows - the perfect sweet treat!

Providing a full planning, decor and entertainment for this birthday party at The Dorchester, Planned 2 Perfection curated the perfect concoction of mirror, silver and ice effect theming to provide a complete makeover of the room with a classy twist. Breathtaking!

A special milestone birthday party organised by our clients children, saw a dedicated 'kids zone' for the young guests to have a boogie and play in a safe environment. Planned 2 Perfection provided this bespoke booth with gold glitter embossed letters to fit the gold and purple colour scheme of the event and that something that little bit jazzy for the children.

A very special corporate anniversary meant that only the best would do for the event at The London Film Museum. We provided bespoke gobo's around the venue highlighting the magnificent 50 years the company was celebrating and provided a large circular bar in keeping with the theme to ensure all guests were kept hydrated throughout. Further production and entertainment followed a well organised schedule throughout, leaving guests with something to enjoy at every corner!

The event was centred around the timeline of the core company, with a bespoke backdrop marking out key events in its history and even the song list of the orchestra following a timeline of songs through the years!

A very special milestone birthday party at The Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park saw a very regal palette with deep purples and rich golds to match the clients favourite colours. These eye catching floral centrepieces sat high throughout the room and complimented the decor, production and table settings provided by Planned 2 Perfection.

A special surprise 40th birthday party, organised by our clients children and their super organised dad! Everything was in their mums favourite colours - purple - complete with a bespoke monogrammed dance floor, personalised backdrop and DJ booth.

Utilising the beautiful Orchid Room as it's backdrop, this wedding at The Dorchester was a dream come true for our bride and groom. A bespoke production and entertainment package was put together for their special day, complete with a custom made vodka luge centre stage for the after dinner dancing.

For this event at The Dorchester, we were tasked with organising a showcase of a private collectors artwork. Event planning included detailed floor plan and layout for the artwork, custom made stands with appropriate lighting to highlight the pieces and general room lighting to create the perfect atmosphere for perusal.

For this wedding, the client wanted a small number of handpicked guests close to the couple to ensure that each member felt special and looked after on their magical day. Planned 2 Perfection took on a full planning, management, and organisation role - ensuring Friday night's rehearsal dinner and the ceremony on the Saturday ran smoothly and in keeping with the clients vision and brief.
