For this corporate gala dinner, we were lucky enough to work with the iconic, Bolshoi Ballet who performed a visually stunning cabaret set after dinner. Working with the space at The Grand Connaught Rooms, we performance was enhanced with 3D effects created video mapping the stage set.

This brief for this black tie event was elegant and contemporary. Recarpeting the space in black, bringing speciality linens, hired chairs, glassware & flatware and high end floral design this functional space was transformed at The Lowry, Manchester.
Working with one of our brilliant artists, we commissioned a series of Alice in Wonderland themed origami table decor for the guests attending this corporate dinner. The detail and intricacy of these paper creations was a huge talking point through the evening.
Our client wanted a small luncheon to celebrate her daughter's 1st birthday party at their home. The colour scheme was to be pinks & whites with a hot air balloon theme, but touches of Minnie Mouse as she was her daughter's favourite too! The hot air balloon photo opportunity and the impressive princess castle cake where the real show stoppers.
The perfect backdrop for an event, a full takeover The Natural History Museum meant that we would really make this corporate summer party pop. We were approached by a very special client's children to organise a gold and purple themed party for her 40th birthday party at The Mandarin Oriental. We created a bespoke DJ booth, dancefloor and backdrop in keeping with the theme and complimented this with state of the art production to really turn up the party later in the evening. During dinner, extravagant florals in keeping with the colour were paired with grand candelabras decorating the tables adorned with gold and purple decor.
Every year, Planned 2 Perfection have the honour of organising a special young man's birthday party, aiming to make each year bigger and better than the last. For the big number two, we completely transformed The Gold Room into a car lovers dream, providing a Legoland style driving course complete with roads, traffic lights, roundabout and of course mini cars! Bespoke backdrops and props were created to make this a one of a kind birthday party that every young boy dreams of.

A special milestone birthday party organised by our clients children, saw a dedicated 'kids zone' for the young guests to have a boogie and play in a safe environment. We have the pleasure of providing an outstanding dinner dance for this corporate firm annually and this year at Banqueting House was no exception. Drawing on the classic building and beautiful history, guests were seating around the room, facing into the centre where our string quartet beautifully serenaded them throughout dinner. A very special annual charity fundraising dinner for a very important cause requires the upmost lighting and sound to ensure guest speakers are highlighted, auctions can be seen and guests can hear the imperative messages that are being broadcast to them.
Planned 2 Perfection loved creating this circus themed event for the children's dining room at Claridge's New Years Eve party. From the 'roll up' drinks station to full draping of the room, themed balloons and bespoke dining table the children were taken into the big tent. Pinstriped giftbags were filled with circus goodies and chequered candelabras took centre stage in the middle of the table.

Annually, we provide a full event management, planning and production package for our corporate clients large scale networking event at Grosvenor House Hotel. This year, we loved creating bespoke geometric designs, furniture and decor bringing in clean lines, bold colours and different textures to really immerse guests in the space.
Perfectly pink hues set the back drop for this wedding, complimented by creams and muted gold touches throughout. One of our favourite themed dinners to date, this Alice in Wonderland event at the Dorchester saw The Orchid Room adorned with cartoon like red and white decor. Table centres emulated key props from the movies and books, incorporating roses, playing cards and of course, the queen of hearts famous pie. Paired with textured table cloths, vibrant chairs and keepsake themed origami by our very talent artist, guests really were transported down the rabbit hole.

We had so much fun organising the entertainment for this festival themed staff party at the wonderful Claridges. Roster included buttery stilt meet and greets, photographed glitter artists and facepainters and a dance band to get guests up on the dance floor!
