A spring ball at the wonderful Guildhall requires the perfect choice of entertainment. For our repeat client, this year Planned 2 Perfection organised a very special ballet performance, perfectly captured here by our excellent photographer. The dancers were hosted on a parquet dance floor which was chosen by us to suit the decor of the building, theme of the dinner and also practicality for all entertainment and dancing later in the evening!

Planned 2 Perfection curated a plethora of performers and acts for this spring ball at The Guildhall to ensure guests were kept entertained throughout. The wonderful Red Hot Chilli Pipers brought an air of Scotland with their band during courses, whilst balloon modellers and silhouette cutters roamed the room throughout the evening, providing guests with memoirs to take home. Full planning and production also included.

One of our favourite birthday parties to date, we planned, organised and managed an incredible 100th birthday for our clients mother, in a bespoke marquee in their garden, complete with all necessary amenities and access routes. The tent was filled with carefully thought out florals, a custom made dried flower bar and to top it all off, guests were treated to a private show from Katherine Jenkins who absolutely blew us all away!

A stunning annual spring ball for our corporate client, this time in the Dunbar Court at The Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Planned 2 Perfection provide a full planning, decor, entertainment and production package, alongside venue finding and also transport for guests in the shape of buses and taxi marshalls. Entertainment for this year included; pianist, 6 piece party band, magician, 20 piece trumpet fanfare, string quartet and caricaturist.
