What we do

We have the pleasure of providing an outstanding dinner dance for this corporate firm annually and this year at Banqueting House was no exception. Drawing on the classic building and beautiful history, guests were seating around the room, facing into the centre where our string quartet beautifully serenaded them throughout dinner. The room was complete with ambient lighting and gobos to create a relaxing atmosphere throughout.

A royal welcome indeed. Guests were welcomed to a right British start to their evening with full marching band and United Kingdom coloured lighting highlighting the beautiful architectural pillars at Banqueting House for this corporate dinner. Planned 2 Perfection are always happy to welcome back this repeat client and put together a bespoke production and entertainment package for their chosen venue each year.

A stark contrast to the atmosphere upstairs in the main hall for dinner, The Undercroft was transformed for dancing for this annual corporate event at Banqueting House. Complimenting the clean, modern look of the space, all white furnishings, production and decor were used to create a mirror image of a cool underground club for guests to boogie the night away.

A 60's themed events called for fabulous entertainment to match. Planned 2 Perfection loved organising the entertainment roster for The Hurlinghum Club, including our groovy dancers who kept guests on their feet all night long!

A repeat client of ours, we always look forward to providing a full entertainment, production and planning package for this client in their surprise venue of choice each year. This particular image is from their spring ball at The Guildhall, where intelligent gobos were the perfect addition to highlight the beautiful architectural features of the building as well as creating a more relaxed and ambient event atmosphere.

Perfect for the the magnificent Guildhall, Planned 2 Perfection chose fanfare trumpeters to welcome guests to the event, complimented and followed up by our fabulous toast master to host the evening.

A beautiful art deco themed engagement party on board The Silver Sturgeon River Boat. This beautiful couple asked us to provide decor and entertainment to suit their theme and our first step was to fill the boat with balloons and flowers, completely encapsulating guests with the perfect colour palette. Bespoke Charleston lessons were provided for guests to encourage to get their dancing shoes on for the dance band later on in the evening. Dance performances and entertainment for background music were stationed throughout.

A spring ball at the wonderful Guildhall requires the perfect choice of entertainment. For our repeat client, this year Planned 2 Perfection organised a very special ballet performance, perfectly captured here by our excellent photographer. The dancers were hosted on a parquet dance floor which was chosen by us to suit the decor of the building, theme of the dinner and also practicality for all entertainment and dancing later in the evening!

Planned 2 Perfection curated a plethora of performers and acts for this spring ball at The Guildhall to ensure guests were kept entertained throughout. The wonderful Red Hot Chilli Pipers brought an air of Scotland with their band during courses, whilst balloon modellers and silhouette cutters roamed the room throughout the evening, providing guests with memoirs to take home. Full planning and production also included.

One of our wonderful repeat clients hosts their corporate Spring Ball in a surprise venue each year, entrusting us the with the planning, production and entertainment - this time at The Guildhall. This beautiful ballet duo provided performances throughout dinner all the way through until guests reluctantly made their way for carriages - assisted by our taxi marshall.

A stunning cake deserves centre stage! This beautiful all white wedding at the Dorchester saw us providing a clean and classic decor and production package, complete with bespoke backdrop, dance floor, stage and lighting.

Alongside a extensive entertainment package, we were honoured to provide full production for our clients annual spring ball at The Guildhall. Intelligent lightings and gobos provided ambience and smoothly transitioned guests from dinner to dancing, where they were welcome by our dance band to boogie the night away!

Every year, Planned 2 Perfection are honoured to provide a full production and on the day management package for this repeat client. A very special annual charity fundraising dinner for a very important cause requires the upmost lighting and sound to ensure guest speakers are highlighted, auctions can be seen and guests can hear the imperative messages that are being broadcast to them.

Planned 2 Perfection loved creating this circus themed event for the children's dining room at Claridge's New Years Eve party. From the 'roll up' drinks station to full draping of the room, themed balloons and bespoke dining table the children were taken into the big tent. Pinstriped giftbags were filled with circus goodies and chequered candelabras took centre stage in the middle of the table.

An engagement party with a difference. We loved creating this art deco themed event for the special couple on board the spectacular Silver Sturgeon River Boat. The ceiling of the whole boat was filled with balloons, creating a cloud of colours suiting the theme and the perfect addition for photos. Florals were dotted throughout and guests were given Charleston lessons from our professional dancers, with a dance band providing music to dance the night away!

A beautiful Spring Ball in the Dunbar Court of The Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Planned 2 Perfection are honoured to provide a full management, planning, production, entertainment and venue finding service for this corporate client each year. Bollywood dancers took centre stage to entertain guests alongside a full military marching band between courses.

A very special new years eve dinner party in the Clarence Room, Claridges. We curated a black and white table setting from bespoke dining table, themed chairs, tableware and stunning candelabras complimented by low florals. The room was fully draped to soften the space and completely encapsulated the guests within the theme.

Planned 2 Perfection love planning, organising and managing this large corporate networking event each year at The Grosvenor House Hotel. From florals to production to a bespoke registration system, we provide the whole package for our repeat client. This year, we used the colours from their corporate logo to create clean cut yet extremely effective seating areas, tying in with the geometric layout of the event.

Annually, we provide a full event management, planning and production package for our corporate clients large scale networking event at Grosvenor House Hotel. This year, we loved creating bespoke geometric designs, furniture and decor bringing in clean lines, bold colours and different textures to really immerse guests in the space.

Perfectly pink hues set the back drop for this wedding, complimented by creams and muted gold touches throughout. Beautiful table settings included alternating florals for the centre, bespoke place settings, carefully chosen charger plates and Planned 2 Perfection also provided full design for the rest of the room and planning package.

One of our favourite themed dinners to date, this Alice in Wonderland event at the Dorchester saw The Orchid Room adorned with cartoon like red and white decor. Table centres emulated key props from the movies and books, incorporating roses, playing cards and of course, the queen of hearts famous pie. Paired with textured table cloths, vibrant chairs and keepsake themed origami by our very talent artist, guests really were transported down the rabbit hole.

One of our all time favourite weddings, this special event surpassed all of ours (and the clients) wildest dreams, all coming together in perfect harmony on the day. A simple yet extravagant colour palette ran throughout with a white aisle framed with an abundance of florals and large storm lanterns, leading up to a glorious draped floral display as a backdrop to the celebrant and happy couple. Planned 2 Perfection provided a full event management, organisation and planning package.

A classic theme, Planned 2 Perfection thoroughly enjoyed putting together this classy James Bond Themed Ball at the Berkeley, complete with tuxedo place names, themed decor and martini glass table centres.

A perfectly pink frame and setting for this wonderful sweetheart top table at The Dorchester. Following the colour scheme from the florals throughout the day, large urns of pink and cream flowers are placed on intricate plinths, sat to the side of our stage and draped backdrop for the happy couple. Planned 2 Perfection loved planning, designing and organising the decor for this fabulous wedding.

Informal chillout seating areas for our clients wedding at The Rosewood - requiring plenty of table space for bowl foods and drink, as well as stylish but relaxed clusters of furniture for guests to mix and mingle between. Guests were treated to a full entertainment roster and were able to sit back and relax to enjoy, or get up and dance on the tables (why not!)

Bespoke dancefloor backdrop for a wedding reception at The Rosewood. In the colour scheme of the evening reception, large initials were cut for the large backdrop, highlighting the newly wed couple and providing the perfect setting for the live band later on.

Beautiful pink, white and gold wedding at The Dorchester in which Planned 2 Perfection provided a full planning package. Classy ice chairs surrounded tables adorned with extravagant table centres draped in pearls alongside statement gold charger plates and classic candelabras.

A favourite transformation of ours for this beautiful wedding ceremony at The Dorchester. Planned 2 Perfection completely draped out the ballroom to create a soft and romantic all white space, complete with white aisle the length of the room and topped of with the icing on the cake, a bespoke Chuppah. Draping was removed for the evening reception to give guests the feel of a complete change of space, turning the room around in record time!

One of our favourite birthday parties to date, we planned, organised and managed an incredible 100th birthday for our clients mother, in a bespoke marquee in their garden, complete with all necessary amenities and access routes. The tent was filled with carefully thought out florals, a custom made dried flower bar and to top it all off, guests were treated to a private show from Katherine Jenkins who absolutely blew us all away!

Guests were treated to a fabulous performance from the all male performance group, perfectly framed by our bespoke backdrop featuring the happy couples initials. A full wedding package at The Rosewood, Planned 2 Perfection were involved straight from the planning stage all the way through until management on the day. Providing bespoke furniture, staging and backdrop, full production package, graphics and even a creche for the children of guests, this was a beautifully huge event, one of our very favourites!
