Planned 2 Perfection were honoured to provide this stage set up alongside the production for a bank branch opening ceremony at Drapers Hall. The set up consisted of a large LED screen alongside a bespoke made key opening ceremony set with embedded screen.

Utilising the colours of our clients logo, floral decor and bespoke furniture were used to create decadent seating areas throughout this large scale networking event. Water features created for the event sat proudly in the middle of event, dotted throughout the event in which Planned 2 Perfection provided a full planning, production and management package.

Planned 2 Perfection were briefed to organise an after party with a nightclub feel at The Lowry - a traditional theatre in Manchester and what an event this turned out to be! Always one to bring the party, the old theatre was completely transformed with state of the art lighting and production, VIP style chill out areas and bespoke dance floor. One to remember!

A very special corporate anniversary meant that only the best would do for the event at The London Film Museum. We provided bespoke gobo's around the venue highlighting the magnificent 50 years the company was celebrating and provided a large circular bar in keeping with the theme to ensure all guests were kept hydrated throughout. Further production and entertainment followed a well organised schedule throughout, leaving guests with something to enjoy at every corner!

Named Artists, Katherine Jenkins, performing at a very special 180th corporate anniversary event that we were honoured to provide the entertainment, production and theming for. The event was centred around the timeline of the core company, with a bespoke backdrop marking out key events in its history and even the song list of the orchestra following a timeline of songs through the years!

For this event at The Dorchester, we were tasked with organising a showcase of a private collectors artwork. Event planning included detailed floor plan and layout for the artwork, custom made stands with appropriate lighting to highlight the pieces and general room lighting to create the perfect atmosphere for perusal.

Planned 2 Perfection love planning, organising and managing this large corporate networking event each year at The Grosvenor House Hotel. From florals to production to a bespoke registration system, we provide the whole package for our repeat client. This year, we used the colours from their corporate logo to create clean cut yet extremely effective seating areas, tying in with the geometric layout of the event.

This year, we loved creating bespoke geometric designs, furniture and decor bringing in clean lines, bold colours and different textures to really immerse guests in the space.

For our clients annual spring ball, we chose the beautiful Dunbar Court of The Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Providing a full management, planning, production, entertainment and venue finding service for this corporate client, guests were entertained by a full military marching band between courses, photographed from above.

We work closely with the client in the run up to the event, providing full design of their presentation and awards ceremony, right through to the day in which we provide full production, staging and set with a dedicated tech team and event manager on site all day.

Alongside this, we provided full set design and plenty of branding opportunities around the event space.

We also work with the client in the run up to the event, completely taking on the design and content of their awards presentation, providing sound checks and rehearsals on the day also with our tech team and on site event manager.
